The Birth Package*
For expectant mothers

​​Our popular Birth Package costs $865 (close to $100 off!) and is available for expectant mothers providing comprehensive support throughout their pregnancy and beyond. The package includes 6 sessions and is the recommended care for moms going through pregnancy and birth**.

This comprehensive package will prepare you for your birth and set you up for success postpartum. It includes six visits with your physical therapist to meet your needs during pregnancy and postpartum. You’ll discuss with your PT what schedule works best for you, and which of these visits you’ll use during pregnancy and postpartum.

• Pre-natal visits will include: 

  • Improve pelvic alignment through hands-on manual therapy

  • Preparation and coaching for labor and delivery

  • Design a home exercise program to prepare for birth and the first 6 weeks postpartum

• Postpartum visits will include: 

  • Assess for abdominal separation (diastasis recti) and common pelvic floor dysfunctions

  • Perform visceral mobilization and other hands-on treatment to promote healing postpartum

  • Design an advanced program to further progress you toward your goals, including a return to running and other sports or activities, as desired
