DR. AMANDA GOTSCHALL, PT, DPT

Dr. Amanda Gotschall is the founder of Anewu Physical Therapy. After starting her career in orthopedics focused on treating the spine and chronic pain conditions, she developed a strong interest in pelvic health, postpartum, and pregnancy physical therapy. She believes in a whole-body treatment approach and is passionate about helping people reach their optimal level of function. Her treatment philosophy balances proven manual therapy techniques with therapeutic exercise prescriptions custom designed for each patient to achieve their goals.

 

Dr. Gotschall is CAPP-OB certified through the APTA, certified in trigger point dry needling, and trained in Associative Awareness Technique for chronic pain conditions. Through continuing education, she continuously advances her skills. She enjoys spending time with her family traveling, camping, hiking, biking, running, and enjoying the great outdoors.  

 

Dr. Amanda Gotschall earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chapman University and her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Santa Clara University.

DR. LESHELLE LENCIONI, PT, DPT

Dr Leshelle Lencioni, DPT

Dr. Leshelle Lencioni earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder in Integrative Physiology and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado in 2014. She gained extensive experience treating orthopedic conditions in the spine, hips, and extremities, and is passionate about pelvic health.

Dr. Leshelle believes in assessing the whole person in order to get to the root cause of the problem. She uses a combination of manual therapy, including dry needling, and specific exercise prescription to help people out of pain and back to doing what they love. She knows what it's like to be a patient, through orthopedic surgery and childbirth recovery, and can help be a partner in your healing journey.

 

Outside of the clinic, you can find Leshelle spending time with her family, skiing, camping, and hiking.

DR. EVE MONRAD, PT, DPT

Dr Eve Monrad, DPT

Dr. Eve Monrad earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Denver and her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. She started her career in orthopedic physical therapy before developing a passion for pelvic health, pregnancy, and postpartum physical therapy.

 

Dr. Monrad believes in a whole-body treatment approach in order to find the "why" behind each patient's complaint. She uses a combination of manual therapy, dry needling, tailored exercise, and education into a patient's lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, and stress in order to optimize function and recovery. She was a certified massage therapist for 4 years prior to attending PT school and is continually learning new skills through continuing education courses and conferences.

She is the lucky mother of two girls and enjoys spending time with her family traveling, skiing, enjoying the rocky mountains, crafting with her kids, reading a good book, and cooking delicious and healthy meals.

DR. ARIANA HARLAN, PT, DPT

Dr. Ariana Harlan, DPT

Dr. Ariana Harlan is a Colorado native and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA. She has extensive training in pelvic floor therapy and is completing her board certification as a Women's Health Clinical Specialist. She found her passion for perinatal care while in PT school and has dedicated her career to raising the standard of care for women's health.

Dr. Harlan gives special consideration to the science and psychology behind persistent pain and incorporates these concepts into her treatments. She uses a mind-body approach, combining her training in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, myofascial release, visceral manipulation, and trigger-point dry needling to serve her patients' needs. Her passion is to help others move beyond their pain and live life to its fullest through movement. 

Outside the clinic, you can find Dr. Harlan practicing yoga, lifting weights, running, gardening, baking, and spending time outdoors with her husband, son, and dogs.
